Physical Therapist Job in Cumming, GA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 88-week travel assignment at BMPT-West Forsyth in Cumming, GA. This outpatient role offers the opportunity to work with orthopedic patients in a dynamic clinical setting.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 5x8 Days (40 hours per week structure)
• Duration: 88 weeks
• Start Date: August 3, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,047.50

Clinical Responsibilities

• Treat outpatient orthopedic patients using a variety of modalities including dry needling, vestibular therapy, laser therapy, and shockwave therapy
• See 12 to 14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Meet productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• 36 hours guaranteed per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Float to other clinic locations may be required as needed

Candidate Profile

• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• First-time travelers and new graduates are welcome to apply
• Any overtime must be approved by the director prior to working
