Physical Therapist Job in Garrison, ND

CHI St Alexius Health Garrison Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 2, 2026. You will work a 4x10 schedule, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Your Role

You will provide outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled physical therapy services. Your typical day includes treating an average of 8 patients across multiple care settings: outpatient therapy, acute inpatient care, and skilled nursing. You will work with patients presenting various diagnoses, with an emphasis on outpatient cases.

Requirements

• Physical therapy degree
• BLS certification
• Minimum commitment of 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks)

What to Expect

You will use the MatrixCare/Matrix charting system. A department-specific orientation will be provided. The facility maintains a casual professional dress code. Experience is preferred, though training will be provided as needed.

Compensation and Schedule

This position offers $2,441 per week. Your commitment runs 91 days with a start date of November 2, 2026.
