Physical Therapist Job in Dickinson, ND

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment with CHI Health at Home – Dickinson Home Health in Dickinson, North Dakota. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct 5–6 home health visits per day (approximately 6.5 points daily)
• Perform start of care evaluations, recertifications, and resumption of care visits
• Complete three additional visits on admission days
• Provide occasional hospice safety evaluations and teaching visits
• Participate in a 1–2 week orientation with a preceptor

Requirements:

• Valid North Dakota Physical Therapy License
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Home health experience preferred
• OASIS training preferred

Work Environment:

You will work primarily in home health settings with no call requirements or clinical involvement beyond direct patient care. Clinical coordinators, directors, and physical therapists from sister agencies are available for field support. Dress code requires black, navy blue, or grey scrubs.
