PT (Physical Therapist)

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend or holiday requirements<br>• Perform home health visits with a typical workload of 5-6 visits per day (approximately 6.5 points per day)<br>• Handle start of care evaluations, recertifications, and resumption of care visits<br>• On admission days, complete 3 other visits in addition to the admission<br>• Primarily work in home health setting with occasional hospice safety evaluations or teaching visits<br>• Orientation period of 1-2 weeks working with a preceptor<br>• Home health experience and OASIS training preferred<br>• Must possess valid driver&#39;s license and auto insurance<br>• Required certifications: BLS and North Dakota Physical Therapy License<br>• Dress code requires black, navy blue, or grey scrubs<br>• No call requirements or clinical involvement beyond direct patient care<br>• Clinical coordinator and director available for field support along with physical therapists from sister agencies</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health and hospice services to patients in their homes and communities.
