Join Cleveland Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in our 30-bed Progressive Care Unit, where you will care for surgical oncology patients and stepdown patients in a fast-paced inpatient setting. This is your opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across ENT, colorectal, and urology specialties.

Role Overview

You will provide direct patient care in a rotating shift model, choosing between 3x12 or 4x12 hour shift formats that include both day and night shifts. Your clinical skills will be essential as you manage patients transitioning from acute care to a lower level of intensity, as well as those recovering from surgical oncology procedures.

• Patient ratios: 1:4–1:5 during day shifts and 1:6 during night shifts
