Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• 48-hour contract position
• Block schedule requests cannot be accommodated
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Unit has 22 beds with a team of 6 RNs and 1-2 PCTs per shift
• Day and night shifts available, each staffed with 6 RNs and 1-2 PCTs
• 4 weekend shifts required per schedule period (4 weeks)
• No on-call responsibilities listed
• Perform general med surg practices and procedures
• Float to all acute care areas including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho
• EMR system: Meditech
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• Strong time management skills required
• Royal blue scrubs required
