CT Technologist Job in Austin, TX

You are a CT Technologist ready to take a 13-week night shift contract at South Austin Hospital in Austin, TX. This role places you in a fast-paced imaging environment where you'll perform CT scanning procedures on stroke and trauma patients during overnight hours.

Position Details

• 13-week contract assignment
• Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 3 days per week (3x12)
• Rotating weekend schedule required
• No on-call requirements
• Weekly pay: $2,561
• Start date: June 15, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Perform CT scanning procedures with GE equipment
• Work with stroke and trauma patients in a high-acuity setting
• Collaborate with a night shift team that includes 3 CT/Radiology technologists and 1 Ultrasound/MR technologist
• Maintain professional composure and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent credential
• Valid CT license in your applicable state
• Current certification: ARRT, CT, and TMB
• Current BLS certification
• Strong scanning skills with demonstrated experience in trauma and stroke imaging
