Respiratory Therapist Job in Coos Bay, OR

Bay Area Hospital in Coos Bay, OR is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a temporary assignment. You will work the night shift on a 3x12 schedule, with an assignment duration of 91 days beginning August 25, 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform assessments of patient respiratory status
• Provide respiratory treatments to patients
• Evaluate patient response to and effectiveness of care delivered
• Provide patient education regarding respiratory treatments, health, and wellness
• Participate in on-call and weekend schedules as determined by the facility

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute hospital setting
• Some experience with infants and pediatrics required
• Current Oregon state license
• Current certifications: NRP, BLS (AHA), NBRC, ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)

You will receive $2,203.20 per week. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment while maintaining the flexibility of temporary travel work.
