Mammography Technologist Job in Midland, TX

Midland Memorial Hospital is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 27, 2026. You will work a 5x8 day schedule in an outpatient radiology setting serving adult and geriatric patient populations.

Schedule & Environment

• Standard shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break
• Occasional stays until 7:00 PM (1–2 times per month)
• Possible Saturday coverage: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• No call required
• Daily census approximately 40 patients with 2 rooms available

Requirements

• Texas state license in hand
• Current certifications: ARRT M, ARRT R, and BLS
• Minimum 2 years of mammography experience
• Proficiency with 3-D mammography, diagnostic mammograms, digital mammography, and digital quality assurance procedures
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Prior travel healthcare experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fine needle aspiration
• Hologic 3D mammography expertise
• Needle localizations
• Stereotactic biopsy
• Bone mineral density procedures

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $3,167
• 91-day assignment duration
