ED RN Job in Casa Grande, AZ

Join Banner Casa Grande Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. You will work 3x12 night shifts for an 89-day travel assignment starting September 14, 2026, earning $2,446.20 weekly.

Your Role

You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care for emergency patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments covering physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural needs, and discharge planning
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data; report abnormal results to physicians and caregivers
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on patient-specific needs and medical directives
• Provide direct patient care following physician orders and nursing care plans within policy and standards of care
• Delegate appropriately and supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching; revise the care plan as needed
• Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and timely in patient records
• Participate in unit and facility shared leadership; contribute to education, role development, and personnel orientation

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience required; specialty experience in the Emergency Department within the past 12 months
• BLS certification required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
