Pharmacist Job in Kingman, Arizona

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist for inpatient hospital pharmacy services. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 14, 2026, offering competitive compensation of $3,652 weekly.

Schedule & Location

• 5x8 hour shifts, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Night shift preferred: 7 on, 7 off rotation (Thursday through Wednesday) as sole night shift pharmacist with one night shift technician
• If not assigned to night shift, rotating day/evening shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM with every other weekend required
• No floating to other units or departments
• Business casual dress code

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescriptions and monitor patient drug therapies per applicable regulations
• Process medication orders and prescriptions
• Perform IV admixture and sterile compounding in USP 797/800 clean rooms (Inpatient and Cancer Center Infusion Satellite Pharmacy)
• Monitor patient medication therapies and counsel patients
• Document clinical interventions and provide drug information
• Supervise pharmacy support personnel

• Meditech Expanse EHR and BCMA charting
• Pyxis Enterprise System for medication management
• Pharmogistics carousel and perpetual inventory systems
• Pharmacy Keeper Remote Verification video check and documentation
• Alaris Infusion System (LVP, Syringe, Epidural, PCA-ETCO2, SPO2 monitoring)
• Swisslog Pneumatic Tube System

Requirements

• Active Arizona state pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacist experience (night shift experience preferred)
• IV admixture and sterile compounding certificates required
• BLS Certification required

You'll serve a patient census of 130 to 150 patients per day in an inpatient pharmacy setting. This role offers stability with no unit floating and clear daily operations.
