Occupational Therapist Job in Fremont, OH

You will provide occupational therapy services in the acute care setting at ProMedica Memorial Hospital, an 18-room, 22-bed rehabilitation unit. Your role will focus on treating both inpatient and outpatient populations with an average daily census of 13 patients and approximately 8 visits per day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver therapy to adult and geriatric patients with neurological, orthopedic, respiratory, and general weakness diagnoses
• Document patient care using EPIC and Wllsky systems
• Utilize SBAR communication framework for team coordination
• Collaborate with physical therapy staff for interdisciplinary patient support
• Participate in self-scheduling model to manage your shifts

Position details:

• 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts with no weekend requirements
• 91-day assignment starting November 9, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,302
• Black scrubs required

Requirements:

• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience
• Epic charting experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred

You will receive 8 hours of orientation to familiarize yourself with unit protocols and systems. Please note that floating to other units and/or facilities may be required as part of your assignment. This position is open to first-time travelers, and ADEX Healthcare Staffing will support you throughout your contract.
