Emergency Department RN Job in Nashua, NH

St Joseph Hospital - Nashua is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 21, 2026, working three 12-hour day shifts per week at $2,360 weekly pay.

About the Role

You will deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process across all assigned Emergency Department areas. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, X-rays, and other diagnostic tests
• Participating in the planning and implementation of written care plans under physician direction
• Performing standard assessments using basic equipment
• Administering medications with attention to visual acuity and hand-eye coordination
• Maintaining confidentiality and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing
• Upholding patient safety standards and interacting positively with team members and patients
• Respecting patient culture, lifestyle, religion, and age when planning or implementing care

Qualifications Required

• Active New Hampshire RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Clinical experience in the Emergency Department
• Specialty certification in Emergency Nursing
