ED RN Job in Keene, NH

Cheshire Medical Center is seeking an RN for its Emergency Department in Keene, NH. This is a night shift position working 3x12-hour shifts at either 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 11:00 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. The assignment runs for 89 days, beginning September 28, 2026.

About the Role

You will work within a 21-bed emergency department that includes a 4-bed behavioral health pod, a private OB specialty room, and 2 trauma/resuscitation bays. Your responsibilities will include emergency patient care, triage, and collaboration with the clinical team. You will utilize telemedicine to consult with specialists in neurology and emergency medicine, expanding the breadth of care your team can provide.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent ED experience
• NH RN License or Compact License (proof of state residency required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• PALS certification
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays required

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification

Position Details

First-time travelers are welcome to apply. You will earn $2,496.60 per week. Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required as part of this schedule.
