Opportunity:

RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Rotate every other weekend
• Float position requiring adaptability to every unit assigned
• Work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Function as part of an RN/SW/CMA triad model team
• Utilize Interqual for initial and concurrent stay reviews and discharge assessments
• Work with software systems including Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile
• Minimum 2-4 years of RN Case Management experience in an acute care facility required
• Florida or Compact RN license required
• HCA experience preferred
• Must be easily adaptable and able to function independently across multiple units
• Business casual dress code with white lab coat required
