Case Management RN Job in Cape Coral, FL

You will work as an RN in Case Management at Cape Coral Hospital, taking on clinical and coordination responsibilities in an acute care setting. This is a travel position lasting 89 days, starting December 7, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Work three 12-hour evening shifts per week from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
• Every other week, complete one additional 8-hour shift from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, which includes 4 hours of overtime
• Weekly pay: $1,992

Requirements

• Active RN license with current Nursys verification on your profile
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience in acute care
• BLS certification current and valid
• Degree accreditation documented on your profile, or minimum 5 years of clinical experience

Key Responsibilities

• Function as core staff, integrated into the hospital's care coordination team
• Float to sister campuses as operational needs require
• Manage patient cases and coordinate care across acute care settings

• You will be expected to maintain consistent availability throughout your assignment
