ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a travel case management position at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. This is a backfill assignment running for 91 days, starting September 14, 2026.

Position Details

• Role: RN Case Manager, Cost Center 927
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Weekly pay: $2,092

Responsibilities

You will perform case management responsibilities within an acute care hospital setting. Your work will involve coordinating patient care, managing treatment plans, and facilitating transitions across the care continuum. You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient outcomes and hospital operations.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Acute (hospital) case management experience required
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic health records system
• Knowledge of Midas and Interqual software platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
