ED RN Job in Indianapolis, IN

Franciscan Health Indianapolis is seeking an RN for its 65-bed Emergency Department. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 36 guaranteed hours and no on-call requirements.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience, preferably in a large emergency department
• Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC
• Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating patient volumes
• Willingness to float based on skill set

Clinical Environment

You'll manage patient ratios by area: Shock 2:1, Core 4:1, Psych 3:1, and Exam 6:1. The department uses Epic for electronic medical records and is equipped with Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infusers.
