ED RN Job in Indianapolis, IN

Join Franciscan Health Indianapolis as a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department. This is a 91-day travel assignment offering 36 guaranteed hours per week working three 12-hour night shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll earn $2,087 weekly.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a 65-bed emergency department
• Manage patients across multiple acuity levels with established ratios: Shock 2:1, Core 4:1, Psych 3:1, and Exam 6:1
• Float to different areas of the department based on your skill set and patient needs
• Operate equipment including Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infusers
• Document and manage care through the Epic electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of emergency nursing experience, preferably in a large emergency department
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC certifications
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and adapt to fluctuating patient volumes in a fast-paced environment

Position Details:

• Night shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday required each week
• No on-call requirements
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Assignment begins October 5, 2026
