Telemetry RN Job in Canton, OH

Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital - Nursing is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Telemetry unit in Canton, Ohio. This is a night shift position working 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Position Requirements:

• Current RN license from Ohio or a compact state, valid at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in Med Surg Telemetry specialty
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Active ACLS certification
• NIH certification must be obtained prior to your start date
• Demonstrated proficiency with Epic EMR
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the Med Surg Telemetry specialty
• Ability to work at least every other holiday

During Orientation:

• Complete an ECG rhythm recognition test with an acceptable score
• Complete safeMedicate assessments with an acceptable score

You will provide skilled nursing care to telemetry patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms, managing patient assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a well-established health system while gaining experience in a structured telemetry environment.

Assignment duration is 91 days, with a start date of November 13, 2026. Weekly compensation is $2,209.
