Oncology RN Job in Oklahoma City, OK

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a pediatric oncology position at OU Health in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a full-time travel assignment lasting 89 days, starting September 7, 2026.

Position Details:

• Three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Weekly pay: $2,512
• Pediatric oncology patient care

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to an assigned group of pediatric oncology patients
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient responses
• Initiate, regulate, and monitor intravenous infusions and blood products
• Obtain and monitor physiological data; intervene when necessary
• Document patient responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical treatments
• Note all changes in physician orders for assigned patients
• Assist physicians in patient examinations and minor diagnostic procedures
• Deliver competent care across a range of health conditions from simple to complex
• Interact with patients and families to share care plans during hospitalization and at discharge
• Inform patients and families of hospital procedures
• Make referrals to appropriate personnel based on patient care needs
• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed

Qualifications Required:

• Active RN license
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing
• Minimum 6 months of level I trauma experience
• Current certifications: PALS, BLS, APHON
