MRI Technologist Job in Plantation, FL

You'll work as an MRI Technologist at HCA Florida Westside Hospital in Plantation, serving in a high-volume radiology environment. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of September 7, 2026.

Role Overview

You'll operate GE 1.5 T MRI equipment and perform general MRI scanning procedures. Your position is located on the 1st floor of the Main Hospital building, where you'll work with one magnet and treat high acuity patients in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule & Compensation

Your shift runs 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday (night shift). This is a 3x12 assignment with no on-call requirements. You'll earn $1,946 per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate GE 1.5 T MRI equipment according to clinical protocols
• Perform general MRI scanning procedures for high acuity patients
• Utilize the Meditech documentation system for patient records
• Work in a high-volume environment with consistent patient flow
• Maintain professional standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Current ARRT (MR) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Scrubs required as part of dress code
