MRI Technologist Job in Easley, SC

Prisma Health Baptist Easley Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 5x8 hour day shifts, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with no on-call responsibilities.

Position Requirements:

• Current ARRT MR certification and BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of MRI Tech experience (first-time travelers must have minimum 3 years)
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Siemens MRI experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities:

You will perform MRI imaging for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations in a fast-paced Siemens mobile MRI environment. Your clinical skills will include abdomen, brain, cervical, cranial nerves, ER/trauma, female pelvis, gradient echo imaging, head MRA/MRV, hip and bony pelvis, image post-processing, knee, lumbar, MRCP, multiplanar reconstruction, PACS, preparation and administration of contrast media, shoulder, spin echo images, spinal trauma, starting peripheral IVs, T-1 and T-2 weighted images, thoracic, and upper and lower extremity imaging.

Floating to other units may be required as needed. You will work independently and collaboratively with radiologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging.
