MRI Technologist Job in Mount Pleasant, SC

MUSC Health - UMA - East Cooper Medical Pavilion is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 31, 2026. You'll work in a fast-paced imaging environment where your technical expertise directly supports patient care and diagnostic outcomes.

Shift and Schedule

• Primary shift: 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
• Alternative shift options available: 4x10 hours (10:30 AM–9:00 PM) or 3x12 hours (8:30 AM–9:00 PM)
• Saturday shifts may be required some weeks; when scheduled, you'll work four eight-hour shifts Monday through Friday plus one Saturday shift (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) for 40 total hours
• No on-call requirement
• Facility may call off one shift per two weeks

Compensation and Details

• Weekly pay: $2,640
• Float requirement between Clements Ferry and East Cooper facilities as needed
• Radiation badge required and provided by agency
• Scrub requirement: teal top and black pants

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 2+ years of MRI experience
• BLS certification
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification (either specialty certification accepted)
• State license not required
• Equipment experience: Siemens MRI systems

• General MRI exams
• Implant imaging
• Elastography
• Defecography
• Breast imaging
• Cardiac imaging
• Epic and Sectra charting systems (preferred)
