PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Opportunity:

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 4x12 shift schedule with 48 weekly guaranteed hours
• Weekend hours as needed
• No call requirements
• Patient ratio is typically 4-6:1
• 50% Medical and 50% Telemetry patient population (adults only)
• Support 24/7 Stepdown ICU with responsibilities including trachs, vents, and drips
• Float requirements as needed per standard unit protocol
• Work with standard nursing equipment on a Telemetry unit using EPIC EMR
• 1+ year of Critical Care experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG (or 1+ year of EKG experience)
• Must be a team player with superior communication skills and a focus on positive patient outcomes
