X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech

Job Details:

• 3x12 hour night shifts, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation
• First week of contract may include weekday day shift hours for orientation prior to set schedule beginning
• On-call required and included in rotation - must report within 1 hour of being called in
• On-call hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM; Weekend call 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Float within scope to other pediatric imaging locations for critical staffing coverage as needed, including other buildings on the same campus
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, SCRQSA (R)
• South Carolina license must be in hand prior to start
• OR experience and C-arm experience required; additional training will be available
• O-arm experience preferred; training will be available
• Trauma experience preferred but not required
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Scrub color: Teal top and black bottoms
• Charting system: Epic
• Parking: Nights and weekends only with a one-time payment of $20 for a parking pass
• Special equipment: Siemens diagnostic equipment and C-Arms
• Procedures include inpatient and outpatient X-ray, fluoroscopy, portable imaging, OR, and ED
• Patient age groups: Neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of candidate submission
