Job Details:

• 12-hour night shift (NOC) schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week or holidays when unit is closed)
• 13-week contract
• Purple Team schedule following an 8-week rotation:
   - Week 1: Thursday - Saturday
   - Week 2: Sunday, Thursday, Friday
   - Week 3: Monday - Wednesday
   - Week 4: Monday - Wednesday
   - Week 5: Thursday - Saturday
   - Week 6: Sunday, Thursday, Friday
   - Week 7: Monday - Wednesday
   - Week 8: Monday - Wednesday
• Every 4th weekend required
• Holiday rotation required, including Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all ThedaCare facilities as needed within a 60-mile radius, with flexibility to cover Fond du Lac as requested
• No on-call or callback requirements
• 1:1 patient ratio in ER and inpatient settings
• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures
• MMIT (Multi-Modality Imaging Technologist) skillset required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• 1-2+ years of CT experience preferred
• At least one completed travel contract required - no new travelers
• High School Diploma required
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), Wisconsin State License, and AHA BLS
