Job Details:

• Competently perform routine and specialized radiation treatments in accordance with the physician-developed treatment plan
• Work independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures
• Deliver accurate results in a timely manner while gaining confidence and cooperation from patients, their families/support groups, and other healthcare providers
• Conduct competent patient assessments, attentive monitoring, and effective communication
• Adhere to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care
• May be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or orienting other staff to the department
• Treat adult patient population
• No weekends, call, or floating required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Charting system experience required - Epic
• Required certifications: ARRT T, BLS, CA CRT
• Required skills: ARIA, CT Simulation, Eclipse (Varian), Emergency Cases, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Radiation Safety, Simulation of Treatment Sites
• Special equipment: Varian TrueBeam, ARIA
