Telemetry RN Job in Worcester, MA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 12-week travel assignment in the Telemetry unit at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts. Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Shift: Three 12-hour night shifts per week (1900–0730)
• Contract Length: 12 weeks (84 days)
• Start Date: July 9, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,223

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe, and evidence-based patient care
• Monitor clinical staff competency and optimize resource management related to patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current RN license (valid in Massachusetts)
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Must be located a minimum of 250 miles away from Worcester, MA, to qualify as a travel assignment
