Telemetry RN Job in Worcester, MA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA. This is a travel nursing assignment with a contract duration of 12 to 13 weeks, starting July 9, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Shift: 3x12 Days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Weekly Pay: $2,021.76
• Contract Length: 84 days (12–13 weeks)
• Location: Worcester, MA

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been appropriately delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Must be located a minimum of 250 miles away from the facility to qualify as a traveler
