Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Marion, NC

McDowell Hospital is seeking an RN to work in our Stress Lab and Cardiac Rehab unit. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct patient care across two complementary settings within cardiac services.

Schedule and Location

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Stress Lab: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• Cardiac Rehab: 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday following stress testing)
• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Conduct stress testing of all kinds, including Stress Echo, Dobutamine Stress, and nuclear stress testing
• Provide one-on-one care to stress testing patients
• Support cardiac rehab patients with a 1:4 patient ratio
• Interpret and monitor EKGs in relation to stress testing protocols
• Operate Case System equipment for stress testing
• Assist patients with NuSteps and treadmill equipment during rehab sessions
• Document patient care in Cerner and Scottcare systems

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Experience with all forms of stress testing
• Knowledge of EKG interpretation for stress testing
• Navy scrubs required

Assignment Details

• 91-day assignment
• Start date: June 29, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,044
• Facility: McDowell Hospital, Marion, NC
