Medical Technologist - Lab

Job Details:

• MT or MLT with 3 years of experience in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and/or Hematology required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory hospital setting required
• Experience in 2 or more laboratory departments (Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology) required
• Meditech experience preferred
• ASCP certification preferred
• Work in a laboratory setting on the 2nd floor
• Operate equipment including Siemens Vista & Centaur, Sysmex-XN2000, Beckman Coulter, Iris and Arkray, Microscan, Provue, Rotem, Verify Now, ID Now, Sofia, Osmometer, and ACL 350 & 550
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform procedures including aliquoting samples, centrifuging samples, making dilutions, and processing send outs
• Work every 3rd weekend
• Dress code requires grey scrubs
• Ideal candidate is professional, flexible, and able to adjust and learn quickly
