Join Banner Estrella Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. This 89-day travel assignment offers a 3x12 night shift schedule with weekly pay of $2,446.20, starting July 20, 2026.

About the Role

You will deliver comprehensive nursing care to emergency patients while maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice. Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards
• Perform thorough patient assessments—physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural—and address discharge planning needs
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, promptly reporting abnormal results to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and medical requirements
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise health care team activities to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plans as needed
• Document all assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and timely in the patient record
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership and contribute to improvements in national nursing quality indicators and outcomes
• Precept and mentor facility personnel, patients, students, families, and visitors as appropriate

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum one year of acute care hospital experience, with experience in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the ED specialty area
• Current BLS, TNCC, and NIH certifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
