Respiratory Therapist Job in Dubuque, IA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 91-day travel assignment at UnityPoint-Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA. You will work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule, earning $2,461 per week.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights
• Every other weekend schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• Duration: 91 days beginning November 2, 2026

Role Requirements

You will provide respiratory therapy support across multiple hospital departments, including the Emergency Department, ICU, and neonatal units. A minimum of 24 months of experience in a hospital or critical access setting is required. Prior NICU experience is preferred.

Equipment and Certifications

You must have hands-on experience with Drager Vents, Airvo, V60s, and NKV-330s. The following certifications and licenses must be active and current:

• ACLS
• BLS
• NRP
• NBRC
• Active Iowa respiratory therapy license

Candidate Qualifications

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Must be located at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
• Ability to work 1–2 of the 3 upcoming winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day)
