Opportunity:

RN - Orthopedics

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Patient ratios of 1:5 on day and night shifts, varies between units and ratios are not guaranteed
• Work alongside RNs and CNAs on most units
• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS preferred
• Chemo Certification preferred (would allow scheduling on Oncology unit)
• Perform joint replacements and fracture repair procedures
• Provide care for patients with spinal injuries
• Must be flexible and willing to float between units
• Must be a team player with compassion for patients
• Experience working with Meditech EMR system preferred
• Must be comfortable working with varied medical issues both acute and chronic
