ICU RN Job in Albany, NY

Albany Medical Center is seeking a registered nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the ICU. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week, totaling 48 hours, earning $2,462 weekly.

Role and Responsibilities

You will provide direct patient care in an intensive care setting, supporting patients with neurological, trauma, and surgical ICU needs. Your responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, managing complex medical equipment, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of ICU staff nursing experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU settings
• Level One Trauma Center experience required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Ability to complete a competency assessment within 24 hours of submission

Additional Requirements
