Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Flexibility required for day/evening hours as needed
• On-call requirements of 1-2 call shifts per week from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
• 1:1 patient ratio (estimated, not guaranteed)
• Work in a 14-OR unit with 70 FTEs on staff
• Day shift team includes 1 charge, 1 RN/1 ST per OR, PCTs, ATs, and trauma team
• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a CST required
• NBSTA and DORA certifications required prior to submission
• BLS certification required
• Must have orthopedic/joint experience
• Perform typical procedures including neuro, transplants, and ortho/spine cases
• Experience with EMR system Meditech preferred
• Level I and trauma experience preferred
• Must be a team player with a high level of accountability, expertise, and self-direction
