PCU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You will provide direct patient care in the Progressive Care Unit at Cleveland Medical Center, supporting patients recovering from complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse post-operative populations in a structured stepdown environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Care for cardiac surgery patients post-operatively, including those recovering from CABG, valve surgery, and heart transplants
• Provide care for post-operative lung surgery patients recovering from wedge resections, lobectomies, and double lung transplants
• Support patients with esophagectomies, bronchial valve procedures, EP lab, Cath lab, and general cardiology conditions
• Guide patients through the discharge process following complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures

This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning October 12, 2026. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week at an established medical center in Cleveland. The position is ideal for RNs seeking experience in post-operative cardiac and thoracic nursing with predictable scheduling.
