Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 48 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Med/Oncology floor with 39 beds
• Patient ratios of 1:5 on day shift and 1:6 on night shift
• Two weekends per month required
• On call only if low census volume
• Flexible to work days or nights preferred
• Work with equipment including Alaris IV pumps, Pyxis, Arjo lifts, Novastat, and computers in every room
• EMR system: Meditech
• Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
• Float to Surgical/Orthopedic and Rehab units as needed
• Exceptional communication and time management skills required
• Medication safety compliance minimum of 98% of all medications safely scanned and administered
• Chemotherapy certification preferred
• Friendly, team-oriented personality with ability to make strong personal connections preferred
• Required certifications: RN License and BLS
