RN - Wound Care

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekend shifts
• Assess, treat, and manage patients with wounds, ostomies, and continence-related conditions
• Provide care for both acute and rehabilitative patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve healing outcomes and patient education
• Care for patients with acute and chronic wounds, pressure injuries, ostomies, fistulas, surgical drains, continence disorders, and gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary system conditions
• Assist providers with treatments, debridements, and leg wraps for lymphedema
• Serve as educator, consultant, and clinical resource for staff, patients, and families
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Work in a 4-room clinic setting
• No float required
• Minimum 1 year of Wound Care RN experience required
• First-time travelers welcome
• Active Maryland RN license or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• WCC (Wound Care Certified) and/or WOCN (Wound, Ostomy & Continence Nurse) certification preferred
