Special Procedures Technologist in Port St Lucie, FL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist for an Interventional Radiology position at Cleveland Clinic Tradition Hospital in Port St Lucie, FL. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 27, 2026.

Position Details

• Shift: 4x10 days at $2,771 weekly pay
• Guaranteed 36 hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 hours for 8/10 shifts
• On-call required once per week and once every 6 weekends
• Float assignment across three hospitals within 20 miles: Martin North, Martin South, and Tradition
• Block scheduling not available
• First-time travelers welcome

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months interventional radiology technician experience; 2 years preferred
• Current ARRT certification and Florida state license
• AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
• RCIS certification preferred
• Pending licenses accepted

Required Skills

• Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization
• Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI) and Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA)
• Cardiac implant closure device and stent placement procedures
• IABP placement and removal
• Left and right heart catheterization
• Rotablator atherectomy
• Dysrhythmia interpretation and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Scrub procedures, equipment setup, room circulation, and sterile field maintenance
• EPIC charting system experience

Onboarding Requirements

• EKG and pharmacology tests during orientation (maximum 2 attempts each)
• Time-sensitive modules must be completed pre-start and annually (averaging 6–15 hours)
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application; no additions accepted after submission
• White scrub color required
