Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Perform cardiopulmonary evaluation, respiratory care, life support, and patient/family education
• Work with inpatients and outpatients of all ages with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system
• Follow established protocols or physician prescriptions for respiratory care
• Perform respiratory care duties across all areas of the hospital
• Labor and delivery/neonatal resuscitation experience required
• Critical care proficiency required
• Associate's degree in an accredited respiratory care program required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Required certifications: NRP, BLS, PALS, ACLS, NBRC
• NBRC RRT credential and New York State license required
• Skills checklist current within one year required
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required
