Cath Lab Technologist

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• On-call required as needed, including one weekday call per week and every 5th weekend call
• Weekend call coverage runs Friday 6:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM
• Holiday call may be required during summer or winter holidays
• Average daily census of 25-30 patients across 7 rooms
• Treats adult and geriatric patient populations
• May float to EP lab as needed if Cath Lab/IR cases are low (EP experience required for float)
• EMR system: Epic (experience required)
• Work setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Perform procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, paracentesis, and thoracentesis
• Perform IV starts and EKG lead placement
• Support cardiac catheterization lab, neuro, vascular, structural heart, and CTO procedures
• Diagnostic invasive testing and interventional procedures required
• IABP and Impella training required
• Must be STEMI ready with minimum 2 years experience in a STEMI/PCI facility
• Preferred equipment experience: Siemens and Philips
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), ARRT (must be in hand at time of submittal)
• ODH License required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Scrubs are provided
• No local candidates accepted within 50-mile radius
