Physical Therapist Job in Gig Harbor, WA

You will deliver outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services at a specialized hand therapy clinic in Gig Harbor, Washington. This 91-day travel assignment begins November 2, 2026, and offers you the opportunity to work with a focused patient population in a clinic-based setting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient orthopaedic environment with emphasis on hand therapy
• See 12 to 14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Manage follow-up visits, including double-booked appointment slots
• Work within an approved overtime structure; all overtime hours require director authorization before you begin them

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (days)
• Guaranteed hours: 36 per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• No floating to other clinics
• Weekly pay: $2,212

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist licensure
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or extensive documented hand therapy experience required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome
• PTAs are not accepted for this role
• New graduates are not accepted
