CVOR Technologist Job in Akron, OH

Cleveland Clinic Akron General is seeking a CVOR Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a 4x10 schedule, with on-call requirements to be discussed with your manager.

About the Role

As a CVOR Technologist, you'll support surgical teams in the cardiovascular operating room, circulating open heart cases and maintaining the sterile field. You'll demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate surgeon and anesthesia needs in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months permanent experience in CVOR specialty
• Current experience circulating open heart cases
• Permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission
• AHA BLS certification — active and in hand at time of submission
• One manager, ANM, supervisor, or director reference from assignments worked in the past 12 months
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation (maximum 2 attempts)

Start date: November 16, 2026. Duration: 91 days. Weekly pay: $2,480. Facility type: Cleveland Clinic Akron General — Nursing.

You'll complete orientation requirements including ECG rhythm recognition testing and safeMedicate certification. Both must be passed within the allowed attempts to remain eligible for the assignment.
