CVOR Technologist Job in Cleveland, OH

Cleveland Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with cardiac surgery expertise for a 90-day travel assignment. You will join a high-volume cardiac surgery program running 4–5 operating rooms daily, providing scrub support for complex cardiovascular procedures.

Your Role

• Serve as scrub technologist for open-heart cases, including coronary artery bypass, valve repairs, and valve replacements
• Assist with advanced procedures including heart and lung transplants
• Prepare surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies according to protocol
• Maintain sterile field and follow all infection control standards
• Respond to on-call responsibilities as required by the department

• Schedule: 4x10 days (10-hour shifts, 4 days per week)
• Duration: 90 days

• Weekly Pay: $2,145

Requirements

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in cardiac surgery or CVOR
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility for on-call coverage
