NICU Registered Nurse Job in Greenville, SC

Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our NICU. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,730.24.

Shift Options:

• 4x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with no call requirement
• 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with at least one 12-hour call shift bi-weekly
• Weekend coverage every other weekend unless unit needs change
• Patient ratio of 2:1

Experience & Credentials Required:

• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience
• Travel nursing experience required—no first-time travelers
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
• Current BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications and South Carolina nursing license
• 40 orientation hours

Patient Population & Clinical Focus:

You will care for neonatal patients 22 weeks gestation and greater, including those with abdominal wall defects, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), respiratory failure syndrome (RFS), drug exposure and withdrawal, hypoglycemia, sepsis, tracheoesophageal fistula (TEF), duodenal atresia, diaphragmatic hernia, urethral stenosis, myelomeningocele, and retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).

Procedures & Equipment:

Special procedures include full-body cooling, chest tube placement, surgical repair of anomalies (non-cardiac), tracheostomy management, Avastin administration, and laser eye surgery. You will work with equipment including Artic Sun, Blanketroll, Jet Ventilator, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), Draeger Ventilator, high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), Bubble CPAP, Alaris, Philips Central monitoring, B Braun and Infinity feeding pumps, Atom Dual and GE Dual incubators, Draeger Caleos, radiant warmers, external shunts, and ostomy equipment. The unit uses Pyxis/Omnicell medication dispensing systems.

Float assignments to other NICU units or facilities may be required. This position offers the opportunity to work in a well-established neonatal program with comprehensive patient care.
