Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• On-call day and overnight weekend expectations required
• 5-6 call shifts per week including overnight and weekend on-call shifts
• Holiday on-call required if it falls within contract time frame
• No floating expectations
• 2+ years of experience required
• Experience in Thoracic, Trauma, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, and Robotics required
• Perform and assist with common case types including Ortho (total joints, sports & medicine, fractures), Neuro (spine and cranial procedures including craniotomies, tumor resections, and brain biopsies), Maxillofacial, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Colo-Rectal, General, GYN, Robotics, Urology, Podiatry, Thoracic, and Breast
• Familiarity with navigation Stealth system required
• Work across 11 operating suites supporting 25-35 cases per day
• EMR system: EPIC
• Scrubs provided
• Floor-specific orientation: 1 week (2 weeks for night shift)
• Active Virginia state license required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), CST (NBSTSA or NCCT)
• Active VA license and CST certification must be in hand at time of submittal
