Job Details:

• Outpatient hospital-based experience required; candidates with acute care experience may also be considered
• Evaluate, diagnose, and recommend treatment plans for communication disorders of speech and language under general supervision
• Perform evaluations of speech, hearing, and swallowing difficulties upon physician referral
• Make preliminary diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans
• Determine the need for individual or group therapy for each patient
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Assist students in clinical rotations in meeting their objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned
