Telemetry RN Job in Steubenville, OH

You will provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients, working 3 shifts of 12 hours per week (approximately 36 hours) at Southwest - UPMC Trinity in Steubenville, OH. This is a 90-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Your Role

As a Telemetry RN, you will demonstrate clinical judgment and evidence-based practice in delivering patient-centered care. You will formulate individualized plans of care using a holistic approach and actively identify clinical, social, safety, psychological, and spiritual patient needs. Your days will involve close collaboration with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, patients, and families to achieve desired outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned telemetry patients and support their families
• Develop daily goals and individualized care plans using holistic assessment
• Demonstrate critical thinking in identifying and addressing complex patient needs
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain positive relationships and communication
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives within your unit
• Educate patients and families about their care, treatment plan, and transition to home or another level of care
• Adapt to changing conditions and demonstrate flexibility as a full partner on the care team

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• BSN preferred

You will earn $2,533 per week. This assignment offers the flexibility of rotating shifts while allowing you to build clinical expertise in telemetry nursing within a major health system.
