Med Surg RN Job in Keene, NH

You will provide nursing care for adult-geriatric patients on a Medical-Surgical unit at Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, New Hampshire. This is a 91-day travel assignment running 4x12 night shifts, with weekly pay of $3,110.40 and a start date of August 17, 2026.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients in the adult-geriatric population
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain professional nursing practice standards
• Float to Thompson Unit as needed
• Float to Kingsbury Custodial patients as needed (higher patient ratio, lower acuity)

Schedule & Expectations

• Every other weekend required; holidays required as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• No shift accommodation requests or block scheduling will be considered
• 36-hour guarantee is not available for this assignment
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission

Requirements

• 2 or more years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• EPIC EMR experience required
• New Hampshire RN license or Compact license required
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Medical Surgical skills checklist current within one year
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment
• Own vehicle required
